Mentoring is one component of non-financial support of GRAS, which will be organized with the aim of transferring individual and organizational knowledge, acquired by relevant education and work experience in the specific fields from the experienced experts to the beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of mentoring will be the CSOs that have been awarded grants through the first call of GRAS grant scheme. The mentor will work directly with the leaders and managing structures of organizations to provide them with senior support in steering their organizations in the right directions, with regards to their lobbying, advocacy, and engagement in policy dialogue efforts.
